possible popeye please help

hi guys wonder if u can help me,i discovered my balloon molly had a swollen eye yesterday and today she has both swollen eyes ,i have checked my water conditions ph= 7 ish (paper test) always been that, amonia level 0,nirite 0 ,so all seems fine ,no other fish has any problems and water changes are as normal 20% fortnightly.
also iam not sure but the male molly mated with her ages ago and i read it takes a couple months for the babies, which is due on the 18th of this month from when i spotted the matting, she is staying on her own and looks healthy other than her eyes ,could it be she is pregnant? how can i help her ?many thanx

pop eye seems to be gone ,all i did was seperate her ,by putting her in a breeding tank with in main tank ,i think maybe the male was stressing her too much which i believe it caused it .couldnt find any other reason for the cause as water conditions were good and no other fish had a problem, but all is well anyhow...
