Can I comfortably house two angels, two mollies (future three, once the baby grows up) and three African Dwarf Frogs in an 8 gallon tank? Will the angels attack the frogs?

No.

Angelfish can get almost 6" long, and need a tank at least 18" high. 8 Gallons will not do it.

Female Mollies get almost 4" long.

ADFs are very sensitive to ammonia, and with an overload on an 8 gallon like that, they will croak, so to speak.

Would the mollies and the ADFs be alright in it together? Or should I keep my guppies and ADFs in it?

In an 8 gallon tank, 2 or three guppies plus ADFs at most. Mollies get too big to be comfortable, and they prefer harder water than ADFs.

i agree with tophat the mollies are the one youd have to worry about niping at your frog. i have mine in with a betta and its remarkable how the betta goes after other fish but will let my adf stand on top of him.

Really? The mollies haven't shown any interest in them at all! In fact, the frogs budge them out of the way when they want to get by :p
