heres my story.I have a 30 gallon bow out of the box aquarium.4 blue rams,2 roseline sharks,big beautiful guppy,cardinal tetras and snowball pleco.Im looking to expand,would like a rimless 90 gallon tank.I know the style and look im going for but have know idea about canister and biological/substrate filters.just looking for great advice/videos.

my first post and tank....go easy on me.

With a tank that size you are going to want to go with a good canister filter. You will get a lot of opinions of the different canisters and which is best. I have owned both a Rena xp2 and a Cascade 1000 an liked them both, the Rena was a little more sturdily built than the Cascade but also more expensive. People here seem to really like ehiems, they also are reported to last a long time but I have never owned one.
