Live Sand?
 

can coral sand thats been in the tank for 10yrs become Live/active sand from Live Rock?
I ask this as I do see at night when lights are off and I use a torch all these very little critters in and at the top of the sand, also see small bubbles, 1/3 the size of rice and smaller,in the coral sand against the glass
alsa see against the glass little tunnels in the sand, not unlike some pics that someone else posted on this site not that long ago.

Does Coral Sand means Coral Dust?If yes then because of the porusiti bacterial colonies often grow on them. But with that no bubble case is releted.
