Can nerites live in high does of AQ salt?

One of my bettas in a divided 5 gallon tank recently developed open wounds. He is in QT with AQ salt, and I want to start treating the big tank and his tank mate, another betta, with AQ salt as well to prevent anything.

Can nerites live in a tank with high (3-5tsps in 5 gallons) of Aquarium Salt?

I know they live in brackish and salt water, but Im not sure about AQ, which I believe is different.

Also, I could move the snail into another tank, one where I grow plants, but it is NOT HEATED and can dip to 70'f and under for small to decent amounts of time. Can she live here?

Thank you for helping, I want everyone to be well and comfortable as we battle this strange illness....

Yes, they can. Aquarium salt is no different. It's plain ol' sodium chloride in fancy packages.

almost... depends if it has been de-iodized or not.

a small but important difference.

Usually its just not iodized, unlike table salt. It doesn't need to be de-iodized.
