Vegetables that sink?
 

Hey guys just a quick one,
I need to know any vegetables that sink to feed my apple snail, he can't handle cucumber because it floats and it's a real pain to pin down infront of him.
I've already tried raisons (which he seems to love) but they my be too sugary for the poor guy.
Help :)

I think canned green beans do just get the unsalted ones

hmmm not sure of raw veggies, I think you have to blanch them first

I use a veggie clip. They're only a couple bucks. Or you can stick the cucumber on the end of a fork and put that in the tank.

If you blanch that slice of cucumber it will sink

I stick the zucchini on the end of a plastic fork then just stick the end of the fork in the sand gravel.
