Breeding zebra danios
I have 6 zebra danios and I was wondering how do I get them to breed ( I know at least 1 is female) how do I prepar them for breeding. I have a 100 and it is bare so I want to breed all of the fish I can so it is full then my parents will let me upgrade. But I am breeding the danios because I love them so any help and tips.
I was looking at this earlier: Aquarium FD - Cyprinids - Danios - Zebra Danio - How to Breed (Breeding)
Don't breed Zebra Danios if you aren't going to have a place to distribute or keep the fry when you are done. It sounds like that may be questionable in your case. Some LFS will take fish from you, but usually not in bulk.
Zebra Danios are softwater fish. You may want to test your water to see if it is hard/harder (which it probably is). It is unlikely that your Zebra Danios will breed in water that isn't soft.
Ok I will check my water and I have a place for the babys I have talked to people with tankns that they have and want Zebra danios and I want more zebras to so this is why I ask, Ok so they need soft water anything else they when you condition some fish thats really it.
