Fishies for your 10 gallon tank w/ a 7.4 pH Quote:
Platy Swordtail Harlequin Rasbora Glowlight Danio Zebra Danio Pearl Danio Dwarf Loach Celestial Pearl Danio Black Neon Tetra Bloodfin Tetra Salt and pepper cory pygmy cory dwarf cory oto catfish Dwarf Gourami Siamese Fighting Fish Mekong Bumblebee Goby Nunus Bumblebee Goby African Dwarf Frog Okay...these are all fish in the freshwater section of the tropical fish profile tab here on TFK that are suitable for a 10 gallon tank. They are also suitable for the 7.4 pH you have...a couple of them might say up to 7.2 pH, but its close enough to include. I wrote them out this way so they would highlight so you can click from here to look up their info. So, take a look at these, see if any spark your interest. I would be interested in knowing what you decided on. Oh, and the African Dwarf Frog profile says a way lower pH than you have, but these guys can be kept in your pH level with little issue. I have had mine in a 6.5 pH (recommended 6.0 pH) for almost 2 years now...the first 1.5 years his pH was a little higher than 7, but since moving the pH is lower due to the water where we live now. Anyways, good luck...and I would love to see pictures! |
