1 gallon tank

I was given a 1 gallon tank kit complete with filter. It was an emergency tank I needed to quarantine Chasity Claire (silver and yellow guppy). So it did the trick she is back in the 20gl and happy and popping out fry left and right.

Anyway, I now have this 1 gl tank and nothing to do with it. I want to breed snails and shrimp for food. Is that a "big enough" tank for some shrimp and/or snails?

yeah its big enough to keep them, but I doubt their will be much breeding going on. Also most shrimp you can buy are either cheap and don't breed in FW or do breed and would make expensive food.
