Filter question

What is the consensus on canister filters for saltwater tanks??? Good or bad. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

what size tank are you working with? Fish only or reef? Personally I like canisters for both fresh and saltwater...most filters work with both. I would still put a protein skimmer on the tank though too.

Dont do it. They are nitrate factors. Unless you are using them to polish the water.
