Rare "fish shop" visit. Lots of pics of fish I couldn't afford XD

I rarely, RARELY ever go to fish shops. Four times a year max, I go to fish auctions with about the same frequency though so it evens out a little. I stopped by a long established shop called A World Of Fish about 5 minuets from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International airport. I was mainly in the area to pick up some people on a incoming flight, but hey might as well kill some time since this shop is about 40 minuets away. I took in about a dozen Endlers for credit and bought 4 ember tetras since mine have slowly started dwindling in numbers. Anyway, this shop is heated to 78*, has a import license, and holds 8,000 gallons, but isn't actually the biggest shop around here!

So pics since I don't mind taking pics of fish in shop tanks:lol:. Certainly not all quality shots. Too much going on so I left it on auto or macro and let my camera do most of the work. A lot of cool fish, one I don't even recognize. Along with your regular stuff.

yeah that be the one. Lupin said it might be a Sleeper Goby. The title might be a title off, the visit to the shop was rare. Some of the fish may be uncommon, but none are really rare. I think I need some commas...

Yep! There are lots of fish keepers around here actually. Store wise there are so many I can't keep track of them all in the metro. A world of fish and aqualand are both very large stores that are close to each other. Forest Lake Pets is the largest in the metro I believe, but I never have a good reason to drive out that direction. Along with the fact they won't accept fish on store credit:-?.

If you live nearby you should check out the Minnesota Aquarium Society. That is where most of my fish come from. There are 4-5 auctions a year that last like 8 hours..... There is the annual fish show in about a month out in Fridely. IDK if I will visit it this time, was a lot easier when it was in Bloomington:-?. Will most likely be at the auction in two months. I'll be over run with plants by that time.
