Really nice pictures and a great looking setup :) |
really nice stuff love the blue rams and roseline's have you had the blue ram and roseline's since they were young? |
There's only 1 German Blue Ram left in the tank, the rest died. I have 7 Bolivian Rams in the tank. The roseline shark I've had a while, he was 4 inches when I got him, and is now close to 5. I had 8 roselines, and 7 died due to a major accident. I was heavily planted, and had no surface aggitation at night. The CO2 was off and the plants used up all the O2, and I lost half my fish, including 7 of the 8 roselines. |
sry bout the loss, and im new to this so im learning any tips bout the roseline and rams? |
Tips on the Blue Rams, feed frozen bloodworms 2-3 times a week as a treat. Roselines love bloodworms as well. Maintain the temp at about 79 degrees, not too cool for the rams and not too warm for the roselines. Also, lots of cover for the roselines, looks like you have plenty of cover in the other thread where you posted pics. And for the rams, keeping excellent water conditions is a must. Bolivians are much more hardy than the Blue Rams. |
ty so much just wondering because i have an elephant nose if feeding them blood worms will cause ny conflict? |
Its houldn't be a problem. If you have a red tail shark in the tank, just keep an eye that he doesn't bother the roselines. Red Tails are very aggressive, and Roselines are not aggressive at all. |
cul ty so how many tanks do u have? |
I currently have 9 tanks. And a wide range of fish, from several types of tetras, to tiger barbs, loaches, bichir, rams, bn plecos, otos, rainbowfish, rainbow sharks, red tail sharks, cherry barbs, rasboras, and the list goes on and on. I also have several types of loaches. |
