what about this idea

What about a jewel cichlid, green terror. with a starlight bristlenose, or a sunshine pleco?? like I said proir I want some fish that are predator fish that will eat minnows, crickets, etc..... if I have to I will put my frogs in a seperate tank.

If you want those, then you won't be putting any more fish in the tank other than the plecs(only make sure they don't bother the plecs).
Jewel cichlids grow 4-5 inches. Green Terror reaches about 20 cm.
For a 30 gallons, you'll only settle with Jewels, not Green Terror. Buy Green Terror only when you have your 75 gallons tank.

If you want predators, you are very limited to the choices you want. You have to decide that wisely. There are times when you'll be losing interest on that in the future and you'll find it hard to get rid of the predator.:dunno:
