Salt water to Freshwater Tank

I found a system that works fantastic! (empty your tank, let it dry) You'll need "Baking soda" "Xacto knife blades" "hot water in a bucket" and of course a good clean rag.... I mixed about 10 table spoons of baking soda with hot water,, then dampened the salted glass with the wet rag,,, taking the blade and passing it on the glass, carefully not to cut your self,, and wow, it all came off,, using the soaked rag, on the aquarium sealant took the salt residue worked wonders,, then dry with clean cloth,,, wait for it to dry, you'll notice a smoky salt film,, ,just rub off with another dry clean cloth,, VOILA make sure to rinse your aquarium after.

So this works well for removing salt creep? Good to know. How much water did you mix the baking soda with?

I mixed about 10 table spoons for baking soda to about a gallon of water,, I was told to use amonia or vinegar and all kinds of remedies that didn't work.. this worked wonders! Broke down the salt like nothing, and doesn't harm your tank.
