Betta/Guppy/Rams?
 

Do you think there will be issues between a betta and guppy? More importantly a betta and a Ram? I'm thinking of tearing down my betta tank and putting him into my community tank. I'm tired of the upkeep on such a small tank and don't think it's worth it. If not, I'll keep it up.

Oops, 29 high with enough plants for territories, I'm guessing the guppy would be the target over the rams due to the similarities, b/c the rams could easily take care of the betta, much faster than him.

Yea I've got that going already, they don't bother each other. I just want to tear down my 6 gallon now.


I think that 6 gallons just isn't enough for the maintenance, it was fun for a while, but I'm not just going to get rid of my fish without a plan/ adopter.


I'm looking to sell it on craiglist with everything currently for 30 bucks, I just want it gone.

If anyone in the Chicago area would like a 6 gallon tank with a Betta for $30 with everything you need pm me and it's yours!

I have got a betta and 4 small, not quite breeding ,rams in a 55. I have lots of plant and lots of cover, but the betta and 1,2,3 or 4 rams are frequently in close promity and I have had no problems at all. Of course, as I have learned a lot depends on a lot of circumstances, including the nature of the fish in question. I also have celestial pearl danios and some pork chop rasboras. Everybody is getting along fine, so far.
