My main (35g) tank.

Finally got myself a digital camera and memory card so went a bit "snap-happy" tonight with my main tank. Hope you like the photos. God-know you've waited long enough for them, LOL!

Rebus the plec, and Cher the syno in the background:

Madonna the syno who, for whatever reason, will not xome out of this skull until after dark:

Rebus the plec, a cory and a very unwell plant that I rescued (for free) from my lfs. I took quite a few dying plants (as you will see throughout) in the hope that I can rescue them:

Rebus again:

Another cory:

Another cory. I have only one of this species of cory and I'm not entirely sure which species it is. Maybe coryologist will notice this and be able to tell me?

Siobhan, the other plec, Anna the Blind Cave Tetra and a cory in the bacdkground:

Rebus again (he seems to like having his photo taken, the unidentified cory (I call him Mario) and a little bit of one of my peppered cories:

Anna enquiring why Madonna never comes out her skull until after nightfall, and the camera flash:

That's it for just now. Thanks for looking! :D

Looking really good Julie! Lovely fish, and the plants look good and healthy. How long have you had it planted for and do you have any full tank shots?

Falina 06-05-2007 03:27 PM

Thanks Kate - I really appreciate that!

I've had it planted for about 2 months now so not very long but I took a lot out recently and replaced them. I was just experimenting with loads of different plants, with pretty mcuh one of everything to see what I liked, and what I didn't and then I removed some that I didn't like so much.

Some of the plants are really healthy and seem to be doing really well but like I said in one of the comments, I rescued a few plants from my lfs who gave me them for free because they were dying so I'm trying to bring them on again a bit.

Tried to get full tank shots but I'm not doing very well - this camera is still quite a novelty, LOL, I'll make it tonight's mission to get a decent full tank shot.

Managed to get decent pics of my 2 synos:

Thanks Daz!

I actually saw snakeheads in a lfs recently and half-considered buying one but I'm worried about how they would get on with the rest of my fish. Do you think it would be alright with them?

I'd love a Red-Tailed Shark (I assume that's what you meant by RT?) but they seem to be really agressive with bottom dwellers, and that's what my tank is mainly made up of.
