what am I going to do?

I only have one powerhead in now I have 3 of these to put in when the tank cycles. It looks like a small bomb went off in the sand.

Koralia 4 powerhead

it is not pointing down it throws water all around not just forward.

sorry it is hard to see water is still clowdy from adding the sand yesterday.

Wow that doesent look good. Can you adjust the flow patern so it wont be hitting the bottom?

Rogergolf66 06-04-2007 09:23 PM

no it disperses the water 180 degress.

A koralia 4 is a good choice for a 125g tank, I know several people that run them. I'm running very similar in a 75g. Your sand will need several days to clear up anyways. What type of sand did you buy? If it was sugar fine that stuff takes a while to clear up.

it is a mix but most is the smallest grain they had. red sea sand or somthing like that it was a live sand with a garenty of 20,000 ppm good bactiria or something like that. they also sold some sand straitht from key west. but he said it could have bad stuff in it with the good stuff.
