panda corys does anyone know how to breed panda corys |
Try doing water changes a bit cooler than your tank temp. This is supposed to induce breeding. I've done absolutely nothing with mine and I have babies. I see them mating frequently and find eggs here and there but I let nature takes its course. I'm not trying to breed. |
thank you |
try lighting candles next to the tank and playing some Marvin Gaye...works for me usually. :-) |

sorry nout this topic being old, but yes, when the temp drops, expect babys soon. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLIIef7sNdU |
I have never bred panda cories, but with the cories that I have I find that they are not even remotely iterested in breeding when there are no pants in the tank, then when plants are introduced they become more interested. This may just be mine but it wouldn't hurt to try if your tank isn't already planted. |
hiding they want the plants and decor because then they know that they can hide there eggs from prey. even when there arent any prey in the tank. |
