Hey guys and girls was wondering if the lights i got will be good for my tank. I have a custom top for my tank and has 3 48" slots for bulbs i went to home depot to buy bulbs for them. I bought the philips plant and aquarium bulbs. they put out 2700k a piece. The light out put is 1600 lumens a piece. So was wondering if thats enough for my tank. looks like my plants love it but idk may just be me thinking its good. They were alot better then the ones before.
Tank size: 125 gal

Thanks. I guess.
You're kelvin rating is all wrong if you haven't gathered that yet from that link above.
my gf got the bulbs and she has some medium plants growing in her 50g under 40 watts just fine
ya i use to grow hydro LOL if you can grow that with fluorescent you can grow anything with fluorescent my lights are doing better then what that link recommends. Cause before i bought these bulbs thats what i had in them and the fish didnt look happy. now they are happy and the light makes there colors come out as well.
