You will be missed, Molly!
 

I had to euthanize my black lyre-tail Molly yesterday.....she was the sole survivor from our very first group of fish we bought. She was an amazing fighter.....full of life and personality and a beautiful girl. She is survived by her one sole fry that I hope I can keep safe and alive for a long time.

Thanks, Molly for introducing me to this beautiful world of fish keeping.....I'm so sorry that I couldn't save you. I feel terrible about not saving you....

You will be remembered always. I buried her under our orange tree in the backyard.

I'm sure you did all you could to give her the best care possible but sometimes we lose them in spite of our best effiorts. RIP Molly.

I know this post is pretty old, but I lost my black molly today, and it's quite eerie reading this-- she was my very first molly, a black lyretail molly, and she is also survived by her one and only fry! she had a world of health problems, often more sick than healthy, and today was her time :( that's so weird we had the same experience!
