i hope this is posted in the right place!
i was thinking about buying these to fish from a lfs, its a ran down one, i just stopped in there and i seen these guys to me they look like fh? fe called them fire fins lol he said he will sell me both for $9 there about 3in the smaller one the tail fin is a lil chewed.

They both look like young Flowerhorns to me, Large impressive fish when adult size.
Large tank with lot's of filtration and suitable tankmates capable of sticking up for themselves will be needed.These fish grow quickly with proper care.

ok i thought tjhat what they were i might get them & put them in a 50gallon until they need to be moved $9 for both

well i bought the flowerhorn yesterday its about 3inches i read up on it ,its called a fly neo dragon but im not sure if its a male or female i paid $4.99 theres a web site that has it for $79.99:-D

water temp???
 
i have it set to around 80-82f is that to warm i read articals that the water should be at high 80s, then some said high 70s what should it be for these fly neo dragon flowerhorns??


also what is a good temp for GREEN TERRORS

80 to 82 degrees F would suit the Flowerhorns.Green terror would appreciate around 78 degrees F

Ok thanks bro would you know if its a male or female and i was told its a fly neo dragon then someone told me its a zz dragon?

From the pictures you have shown may be a little too early to tell but no frontal KOK is shown in development. The females have more of a slope down from the head area with no KOK development which generally is what i see in your pictures.

Flowerhorns get huge I do hope that you have suitable tank space for these.

Well right now i have them in a 55 but i will be getting a 90gallon in 2 months from a friend .
They look like twins but 1 is a inch bigger
