Please help me SAVE MY KRIB?

"Curtis", my male Kribensis did not eat a thing last night even when flakes fell right next to him. His fins were moving to keep himself in place but he did not "move" for hours from under his plant.

When I woke up this morning he had hidden himslf under a rock where he has never gone and is pushed back as far as he can go. I can only see him with a flashlight. His breathing is fast and his fins are moving but he seems like he wants to die. He looks fine - maybe a little pale, and all water tests are OK. 40 other fish are happy and eating, etc.

:( ANY IDEAS? THANK YOU! I have never lost a fish before...

Much is in my tank blurb. Otherwise:

Set up since March 24, 2007
No live plants.
Eheim Classic 2213 filter.
No direct sunlight. Darker room.
Water changes: 2 every 3 weeks. Bout 30%.
Feed once a day.
All test are very good.

Curtis is now "flashing" more often - thrusting his side into the gravel and to rocks, like he is itcy. What do I do?? THANKS!
