How to oxygenated my goldfish tank
If with air pump how could I do it

An airpump connects (via an airline) to an airstone.The airstone is lowered to the bottom of the tank.The pump then pumps air to the airstone where it is released into the water in small airbubbles.You can regulate the ammount of air being release via a small valve which can be connected along the airline.

Tomsk told you how to oxygenate your tank with bubbles through an air stone. If you want to filter your tank with an air pump you will need to connect the hose to some sort of filter. Sponge filters are probably the easies to get going and the most common that can be run with air.
