Aqua One 102F Filter - Anyone have one?
 

Does anyone have or use a Aqua One 102F filter?
what is it like?
What kind of media does it use?

I am struggling to find any info on this filter let alone the media it needs. I am getting given one in a few days by someone who knows nothing about fish let alone filters so would like to know in advance if its worth using at all or what it requires.

unfortunately it gives no deatails about the media, what kind of sponges it uses?, is it just simple foam, is it carbon, is it something else....
no images of it and nothing on ebay so its a bit of a mystery.

I just recently got one - it came with a sponge already inside just the usual filter sponge. It also came with loads of different output adaptors: duck bill, spray bar venturi etc. hope this helps :-D

I bought the mini version of this for my 3 gallon that I use for quarantine. Yes, it has a sponge inside. There's also a little carbon cartridge which you can remove if you don't want it.
