Rummy nose variations question

I was wondering if these two fish are both rummynose and if so how do I get the nice bluish tint to appear on the rummynose that looks grey.

There are only three species that exist in the aquarium trade however several morphs are available but are rarely found in the trade.
Petitella georgiae
Hemigrammus rhodostomus
Hemigrammus bleheri

See sticky thread in this section for more pictures of my leucistic rummies.:)

Both are rummy-nose tetras in your first post. The left one looks like the Petitella georgiae. Right one looks exactly like the Hemigrammus bleheri.

See link for more details.
