cleaner shrimp

Hello. I just found the exoskeleton of my cleaner shrimp, he molted. It looks pretty cool, but I was wondering if I should remove it from the tank? Will it cause a spike in my water parameters?

I never remove mine but at the same time never see them I think the starfish eats them.

i just leave it in there.thats what the clean up crew is for.
