What size filter/pump to use? Greetings: I recently became the owner of a 30 Gal tank and some accessories. I have done a fair amount of research on the WWW to determine which are the best Pump/Filter systems. My question is related to a particular line of Pump/Filter systems made by FLUVAL. And, my nearest pet store has a FLUVAL 305 unit on special and I'm considering purchasing it. However, I would enjoy knowing how this product does for the users out in the Aquarium World. Comments, Suggestions and Recommendations are always Welcome. Don 8-) |
I use two fluval canister filters, and they have always worked well for me. Really I think it depends on personal prefrense, size of your tank, and what you plan on keeping. I only use canister filters in my high bioload 55 gal tanks. The smaller ones I use intank or HOB filters. Either way, I like Fluval, and its always been easy to find what ever I need for them. |
