Stock List for Future Tank

Was wondering what everyone thought about this stock list. It will be for a 100 gallon aquarium (or around that, gotta measure it to be sure of the size, but assuming it is...) with fine gravel, lots and lots of plants, lots of big and medium sized drift wood.

Since this is such a large tank, I really want the stock to be large fish, and strange fish...
Rubber Eel
(Typhlonectes natans) - Two of these most likely
Either a Black Knifefish or an Elephant Nosed...can't decide which and since both emit the electric pulses I don't want both in there bothering each other constantly with it. Leaning towards the Knifefish though...love these! A lot easier to find as well.
Tire Track Eel - Love these, but not sure if it would bother the Rubber eels or not

Not sure what else, still reading around. Any objections to this? Any suggestions for other tank mates? I'll hopefully be moved into a bigger place within the next four months, so plenty of time to plan this out. I'm picking up the tank this week I believe, and it'll sit in my mom's garage until I'm ready to take it.

Also, forgot to mention, my common pleco would be in there, and I wouldn't mind having a few more plecos of larger stature.
