scratches on aquarium glass
I have a 10 gallon tank that is going very well, but looking closely at the glass, i notice small scratches. Is there a way to repair this?
I never had any luck getting deep scratches out of glass. I read a whole bunch of ways to try to buff the scratches out including toothpaste but nothing really worked well. There might be ways to make them less visible but I never found anything that helped.
There are glass buffers and grinders but they're expensive. If they're not too bad you don't see them much when the tank is full anyway.
IMO your SOL =/
The scatches aren't bad, I noticed them while using a toothbrush to clean of algae from the sides of the tank and I notiiced them. Now when I look in my tank, that's all I see :/ lol
