Kribensis

i was wondering if anyone has had any problems with Kribensis interacting with other non cichlid fish and do they really only cost $10 each?

TEN DOLLARS each!!!!!!!? Are they gold plated or do they release gold pellets when they have a bowel movement? I think $4.00 is the most I've evre spent for a krib in an lfs. I have paid more for wild-caught, but that's a horse of a different color.

$10 canadian

$10 Canadian is even worse. Maybe I should send my kribensis babies to Canada, I could die a rich man.

 Knowing you, you will be able to manage breeding almost every cichlids.;)

Kribs aren't aggressive until spawning time occurs.

$10 does seem a bit steep. I paid £3 for mine.

I agree that they're not usually aggressive however, they are quite eager to spawn usually so this is something you shoudl look out for. My singular experience has been to keep 3 females to each male as my male harassed my female (to death) very quickly, presumably because he wanted to breed.
