Some sort of fungus?

Alright, so I made the mistake of not quarantineing some black mollies before introducing to my tank. Yes yes, I know....bad Kazzy. Two of the mollies have died. One only 4 hours after bringing them home, the other a day ago. I removed the third last night into a 5 gallon bucket with the main tank water, a plain hide, and my powerhead as a quick sick-tank. He looked like he had a few patches of white around his lips and along the edge of some of his fins. Now I'm seeing little bits of white 'furry' stuff on my main fish tank fish. It's only a tiny bit, and that's the only issue I see. Everyone is eating well, no fin clinching, and no odd behavior. Just some fuzzy white stuff on their bodies. Is this some sort of fungus? Or am I being paranoid? Here are my aquarium specs:

29-30 gallon
Marineland Penguin Biowheel 350 Filter
Heater (unsure as to brand)
Had a powerhead but removed it for sick-tank
Inhabitants: 5 rosy red minnows, 1 common pleco, 1 albino rainbow shark, a few ghost shrimp, 2 snails, and recently added my female betta to the tank.

The only fish I'm seeing this on are the minnows and the betta. Is there a natural way to maybe treat this? I hate adding nasty chemicals to the tanks. Thanks!

hmmm

it sounds like the begining of a fungus...API makes a product called pima fix that is a natural fungal treatment...i love this stuff as it is safe with most fish, plants, and invertabrates...it isnt the most potent but if you nip it in the bud you should be fine...if not then you may need the big guns...such as the chemicles...

Thanks! Well, it seems to be gone now. I've looked over everyone and see nothing on them now.

good to hear...in the future if it happens again you can also utilize some aquarium salt with the forementioned...anyhow glad to hear it has cleared up..
