Disaster Averted

*whew* I had just closed the lid of my tank about ten minutes ago after redecorating, when I looked up only to find a small black widow spider sliding down a web 6 inches over the center of my tank!

Had I been a few minutes slower, I would have had one seriously dead betta!

 And I doubt anyone could help me figure out how THAT would change the tank cycling.

im not shure if the poison would do much in the water, just about a month ago my brothers dropped one of those disgusting feeder roaches (for lizaeds)into my tank. i removed it a day later(hate them) and nothing happined to my tank.

roaches. *yuck*

I wasn't concerned about the tank, just joking about that. I could just see my betta thinking I was dropping him a snack and taking a bite out of the black widow.

Thankfully, lucky timing saved him, because I sure didn't notice it before then.

yeah, i have to admit(online  ) that roaches, spiders and grasshoppers do scare the fudge out of me.
