Help with my Lyretail Molly

My molly got a really curved spine and now it moved very sluggishly. I thought many times that it couldn't make another day but it always survived. Right now, it seemed to be worse this morning, lying side down when I turned on the light. In the evening, however, it came to the top and swam in a weird way (as "normal" for this past few weeks!). Does anyone know what caused this? It's my fault that I didn't watch it closely when I bought it, so I'm not sure if it's been like this since the first day. More importantly, can this be cured at all?

Thanks for any help!

Theirs different things that can cause curved spine,
Might have been born with this defect, lack of enough vitamin C among others,
Fish TB, Medication, Being moved to soon after giving birth,

Probably best to just euthanize it in case it is something transmittable to your other fish.
