Just switched over from another forum because this one looks much nicer :D hopefully nicer people as well lol

Just some info on me:

-22 year old California College student
-I have been fish keeping for a year now and have learned new things at an exponential rate from lots of research and hands on (i.e. breeding angels/rams/zebras/ guppies/platies/gouramis, DIY co2 reactors and diffusers, etc etc etc)
-I have 5 running tanks as of now (one main tank and 4 10 gallons i use for growing plants, raising fry, quarantine, breeding pairs, etc)
-JUST recently upgraded from my 36 gallon bowfront community tank to a 75 gallon tall for my main show tank :D I am already putting together the new setup which will be a heavily planted discus tank. ( just started attaching my anubias plants to my driftwood forest today and purchased my UV sterilizer for it. Also am going to be purchasing my other plants very soon including the new substrate)
-Favorite all time fish have to be Discus, Angels and Blue rams.
-Once I graduate and actually have a solid career going for me I plan to switch over to the more expensive Salt Water :D but ill still keep doing my freshwater as well

Thank you everyone, Glad to be here!

I will post pictures of the tank once its put together. I plan on making it a meadow of low growing Glossostigma and anubias and java fern taking over my mountain of driftwood i am styling to look like the dead roots of a river tree being overtaken by plant growth :D

right now its just got some regular gravel and driftwood in it with a couple sword plants. nothing special, but it will be :D

im ordering my 4 bulb t5 lighting system in the next day or so also :D

are you taking pictures as the tank matures,as this
sounds like it would make a great tank diary. :-D

i will defintely be showing the tank as it matures, my first pictures will begin when i get all my parts in and start putting it together.

ill have to make a new thread in the diary part of this forum. if there is? lol

ill put a link up on this thread to the new one so you can all follow the new one when it starts
