can i put mini lobersters crayfish or craps in with puffers in a 10g? ( spotted puffers)

I wouldn't put crabs in a small tank as they tend to like getting out and are adept at finding a way. As for crayfish/lobsters, do you have plants or a lot of hiding spots? Crayfish tend to not be able to get most fish except the slowest. They tend to ambush fish with a decent hiding spot. Crayfish are notoriously destructive on plants.

im just setting up a puffer tank so i dont have everything right now so theres no plants or ornaments i may put in fake coral

With any combination you run the risk of either the puffer making dinner out of the crustacean or the other way around. I have seen stranger things done and the creatures lived happily so you never know. Just be prepared for an expensive fish/crustacean dinner if you try it.

But I don't want to come across as recommending it as I really wouldn't do it. I think that it will likely end in the loss of one or the other.
