South American Setup

Hello again :)

First off, let me say sorry that I have been asking so many questions, and changing my mind so much.

Anyways, I am setting up my aquarium (if I ever finally get it) as a South American biotype. Could anyone suggest aquatic plants native to South America, along with their difficulty level? I would like to get some live specimens of the easier species, and for the harder ones I can always get plastic.

Thanks in advance.

How about the Echinodorus species? Eleocharis is also another plant native to Amazon. Cabomba and Myriophyllum fit the biotope as well. There are setups using Salvinia for floating plants.
