Intense lighting, good flow, clean water, and small food like mysis shrimp about twice a week placed directly to their tentacles, no shrimp or hermits that might try and eat the soft flesh.

Understand that they can, will and do move around so make sure you are comfortable with that and that all powerhead and filter intakes are secure from it gaining access. If not you will puree' that little anemone. BTA anemones are quite hardy and reproduce often. When healthy you can split them with a scalpel. Cut from the mouth out in quick-clean motions. If cutting in half that means 2 cuts. You can also cut them like a pizza, from the mouth out up to about 8 times. If you leave a bit of mouth behind they quickly heal into clones of the parent.
