How do we go about killing riccia?

So in my shrimp tank i used to have riccia. I removed as much as i could BUT my moss wall managed to get full of it. I cut, trim, pull out, etc. but i still can't seem to get it all out.
SO, does anyone know how to get rid of riccia for good?

Anyway, it's not riccia, it's Utricularia Gibba and i still want it DEAD!
