I had a couple of Wild Columbian Rams in my 55 gal. and I but some Black Moscow males in the tank the next day I could not find my guppies. I found them hiding and their nice tails were all torn from my rams. I would take them out and put the guppies somewhere else. Rams and guppies with long tails not a good combination. Platies or Swortails might be better. I think the long flowing dorsal fins and tails with the bright colors they mistake them for food. The tails on the guppies will grow back. I added stress coat and Pimafix medication I think for tail repair with aloe vera and the tail repaired in a few weeks. I will not put any fish with long fins in with the Rams. I hope you have a place to put the Ram or guppy so they are not together.
