Treatment for Gold fish

Hi,

I had 2 gold fishes, among which 1 died. Till i could know some facts about gold fishes, it was too late. For ex; the fish used to swim at the top of the tank since last 2 days ( i assumed its hunting for food), the fish wouldn't move like others (i assumed its just relaxing). Well, now i know that it was struggling for oxygen and was ill.

Now the other fish too stays at the top of the tank, although not like the earlier one, but yeah it hardly moves downwards and also doesn't move much.

A few specifics about my tank:
http://www.fishlore.com/fishforum/im.../fish-gold.gifThe other fishes in the tank are: 1 tangerine, 2 black angel fishes and 2 milky fishes.
http://www.fishlore.com/fishforum/im.../fish-gold.gifi clean the tank once in 4 days.
http://www.fishlore.com/fishforum/im.../fish-gold.gifi clean the filter daily.
http://www.fishlore.com/fishforum/im.../fish-gold.gifi don't overfeed the fishes.
http://www.fishlore.com/fishforum/im.../fish-gold.gifi use a dechlorinator

Help me to treat it please http://www.fishlore.com/fishforum/im...milies/sad.gif
