Soft Lead anchors ??
I was given a pack of "soft lead anchors"
they are similar too a twist tie
Safe to use? lol
We had a discussion like this a while back, not sure what general opinion was but as for me, I would always be leery of putting any sort of metal in my tank.
I'd never put anything labeled with the word "lead" into my tank, and I don't think you should either. :-)
I concur. I checked that link, and in spite of their assurance that these things will not corrode and are non-toxic, I would not tempt fate. Lead is lead, and it is a toxic heavy metal that does not belong in an aquarium with fish. While the possible amount of toxicity may be of no consequence, I still see no reason to put lead in the aquarium. Plants should be held down by the substrate.
