Which is better > :D Hi, in the future I will need to get a skimmer for my large future tank. Do you think for a 125 gallon tank a 135 gal max. Euro Reef ,or a 200 gal ASM skimmer is best. The Euro Reef is alot more expensive so which would you buy ? Thanks :o |
I don't think it matters, I would go for the one that does 200 gallons. |
i did a search for both products on the web and found that asm skimmers are shuting down, hence i would get the euro reef cos if it brakes it will be easier to get replacment parts i also think the euro reef looks like the better quality on of the two sam |
Of you could get a cheaper Coralife if they have one big enough. If you want I can PM you the link. |
The only one in the coralife chain is the coralife 220 super skimmer. I have that on a 120 gallon tank and it does a wonderful job. |
There is 3 different models of Coralife super skimmers. |
:D Hi guys., thanks for the replys, the Euro Reef is about 350.00. I think the ASM is out on my list. I want something thats going to last 5 + years or so. , and is not loud etc. I know freshwater fish but Im new to salt, I know a different world ! Theres also Deltec, which is very expensive so any more thoughts ? PS is the Coralife super skimmer quite ? How much is the Large model ? Thanks  |
