Angels, like most cichlid fry, are large enough to take newly hatched brine shrimp as a first food after the yolk sack is absorbed. I used this years ago for my angels and dwarf apisto fry. You can also grind up flake food, mix it with water, and using a pipette squirt it into the shoal. In an established heavily-planted tank, there will be quite a lot of live food (zooplankton) there naturally, though you will want to supplement that.

Not alone, as far as i know. I hatched brine shrimp, but with that I also used the powdered flake soaked in water and squirted into the shoal of fry. At some point they will nibble on that too as it floats by them. You want to wean them onto prepared foods. But some sort of live food initially is I believe mandatory. And fry require several feedings each day.

One reason I "let nature take its course" with my fish when they spawn is the effort it takes to feed the fry.
