Female Swordtail... Worm?

Ive been trying to treat a female Koi swordtail for the longest time and nothing seems to be working... I havent medicated her due to the illness unkown, Im almost certain it is a paracite infecting her stomach but not 100 percent sure... I tryed a full week of Frozen Daphnia to try n flush her out which i think helped out a bit but still seeing signs of illness

Overview: Not fully matured female, Shestays at the bottem of the tank n hides around the live plants.. Almost looks as if her Gils are swollen with a Clear Gel, slightly larger eyes (not noticeable as much) and the one thing that makes me presume its a paracite is her clear waste, Sometime in small grayish Balls... The domonate Male Swordtail doesnt seem to be interested what so ever with her..

When i purchased her she didnt look to great but has been living for over 2 months now.. She just started about a week ago staying at the bottem n only swimming around for food.. hmm?
