honey gourami and beta?
 
could i keep a beta with a honey gourami or wouldnt this work? I also hav 2 bristlenose plecs and 1 sword tail juvinile and guppy fry (i have homes 4 guppy fry when there older)

No you can not have them together they will fight.

fight is an understatement. They would rip one another to shreds.

Yes that is a better way to put it. They would fight just like two bettas together would.

could i get another honey gourami to go with the 1 i already have?....the 1 at the shop i work for is a red/white colour im 80% sure its another male


will 2 male honey gouramis fight ??? :):):)

How big is your tank? You could put community type fish in there if you like. I have a male and a female and have no proplems with them they use to be in a 20 gallon with neons and peacock gudgeons, now they are in the 55 gallon with these fish as well as golden barbs, 2 types of corys, harliguin rasbora and rosy red minnows.

Amanda is right. Check the profile of the Honey Gourami, it tells you about tank sizes and numbers.

I have 3 honey gouramis in my tank now. They dont fight each other at all. With enough plants and hiding spots they will be fine. They are abit shy some times.
