Yay! I finally got the monster into the house. I'm excited to get it going. I have tomorrow off so I'll be cleaning sand. Here's a pic of it when I brought it home.
well looks like tomorrow is going to be a very busy day for you
Wish I had one that size to set up! . Which room are you putting it in and what are you going to stock it with?
I look forward to your progress pictures. Happy cleaning :(
agree with romad.. i like big tanks =)
awsome............what delights are you going to temp us with:-D
happy cleaning, although i am insainly jealous of youre new monster tank i
dont evvy the cleaning of it.
very nice...i really like the larger tanks myself also, i've got a 125g and would like to get another one or larger.
Thanks guys. This will be going into the living room. Stock will be mostly Central American cichlids. They're all young, around the 2" size. I'll also be moving Hershey, my albino Chocolate pleco, to this tank as well as the Congo tetra. I will be swapping out a biowheel and some filter floss from one of my established tanks as well as some wood to help the cycle.
Managuense (Jaguar cichlid)
Vieja Synspillum (I call him Punk because he is)
Polleni (A cichlid from Madagascar)
You know I'm envious! (not envious about all the sand you are going to have to wash, though )
=S oh all that work .. does your back hurt?
