Will a 100W be ok for 37g???

Hi i currently have a 23g Hexagon tank and am selling it to make room for my new 37g tank, but was thinking about keeping the 100W heater that i already have. Would it be ok or would the temperature fluctuate too much?:-?

Hi,welcome to the forum.A 100w in a 37g tank will probably make the heater work too hard and shorten its lifespan.I have a 150w Rena Smartheater in a 37g and it works really well so far with no fluctuation.
