Pelvicachromis Pulcher (Kribensis fry) What should I feed?

I have a pair of Kribensis and today I saw free swimming fry. Do not know how much but there is for sure more then 30. This is the first day I saw them I think today they hatched. Now what should I feed them? The aquarium is about 9 - 10 months old so there is enough micro algae on moss etc. Can you help me out so that tomorrow I go and buy food for these lovely cuties. I love how parents protect their little ones :D

Should be able to find some food for fry at local fish store. Hikari first bites is a good food and I might consider a turkey baster to squirt the food near the fish.
Ocean nutrition cichlid or omnivore formula could work as well (high Protein).Crush the flakes into powder and squirt some aquarium water on it . Then draw it up from the bowl,or dish with turkey baster and squirt SMALL amounts near the fry.
Fry will do better with three to four small feedings per day and frequent water changes.
