My one of albino aeneus cories has a problem...

You know that those cories swim up to the surface and breath then quickly goes to the bottom right? other cories do it great but this one seems like still in a learning process or he is afraid of doing it because he's too hesitant. He looked like going up to the surface and then after few seconds at the half he just gives up and swim back to the bottom again:-( Will he survive without doing it repeatly at all or how should i teach him to do it???

Cute little guy. I have five of them myself and some just scrounge at the bottom and don't bother with the surface at all.

It's nothing to worry about as long as he's behaving normally otherwise. He looks pretty healthy to me.
