i just want to ask if its OK to crossbreed the molly and platy?
yeah sure you can
what about the swordtail ang molly?
Molly and platy? I highly *highly* doubt it.
Swordtail x Platy
Platy x Variatus
Guppy x Endler
Those are the only ones I know that can make non-sterile young. I love my swordtail hybrids. The father was a blue tuxedo platy and the mother a berlin swordtail. The hybrids have a deep dark red colour with a black tuxedo and black fins and a slight green shimmer in certain lights. Beautiful.
you never know lol
i only have platy and molly...:-)
im planning to crossbreed molly and swordtail if possible..
tanx for the info guys...
thank you sooo much!:-D
Guppies will cross with Mollies as well, but Platys, only with swords.
looks like i have a new experiment .. platy bred with molly
Platies and Swordtails will cross breed because they are from the same family but not mollies and platies.
